In brief…
hCG is a hormone that mimics LH, the signal that tells the testes to make testosterone and sperm. In men it is used to keep the testes working, either alongside testosterone treatment to preserve fertility, or on its own where low testosterone comes from the pituitary (secondary hypogonadism). A first course of treatment cannot be started from an online order: a new start needs a doctor consultation and two morning blood tests. If you are already established on treatment, you can order here to continue, with ongoing monitoring.
