What our care costs, and how to begin. Most treatments start online or with a doctor, and the medication is always priced separately from the care. A clinic consultation is £120 for 15 minutes, the same in person, by video or by phone. No deposit to book in person.

Transferring your care to us. If you are already on testosterone elsewhere and your history and recent bloods support it. A doctor reviews your history online and medication delivered to your door.

Reorders and monitoring. A doctor checks every reorder and reads every monitoring blood test at no charge. You pay for the medication and the blood tests.
Follow-up visit. A 15-minute follow-up when you need one, with everything the doctor produces included.

Continuing care consultation. A 15 minute review: monthly while we find the right dose, usually your first 3 months, then every 3 months once you are settled, with a free online check, read by one of our doctors, before each month's medication in between. For patients already registered with us. As a controlled drug, continued prescribing depends on keeping to reviews.

See a doctor. Paid once. A doctor reads your assessment and liver function check, holds a 15-minute consultation with you, and writes your prescription. Repeat orders are then checked at no charge. The medication is charged separately.
Liver function blood test. Needed before starting, and again at 3 to 6 months. Use a recent result from the NHS or anywhere else, or order our at-home Liver Function Test kit at £49 plus £3.95 postage.
Naltrexone. 28 tablets, charged each time you order, on top of the assessment or programme.
Nalmefene. Charged each time you order.
12-month care programme. A doctor consultation, coaching for 6 months, all online resources and a review at a year. Repeat orders are checked at no charge on every route. Naltrexone and blood tests are charged separately, as above.
Assessment (in person or video). Your sleep assessed, with a plan and any medication needed. A new sleep medicine is started here.
Home sleep study (WatchPAT One). A virtual "sleep clinic" at home to diagnose sleep apnoea and assess insomnia. Order on its own or as part of the initial assessment; reviewed by a doctor with diagnosis and treatment plan provided.

A doctor reviews your history online and re-supplies at no charge, and checks every reorder at no charge too; you pay only for the medication. Zopiclone and zolpidem are controlled medicines, so moving those to us starts with the £120 assessment.

Prostate check (online, no appointment). The questionnaire, your PSA blood test (at home or a partner near you), and a doctor's review with a written report and a clear plan. No rectal examination at any stage.
Prostate MRI (if needed). Arranged at an imaging partner only if your PSA or history warrants a closer look. PSA is the first step, the MRI the next, only when it is needed.

How it works
One blood sample, checked for a signal shared by many types of cancer.
A doctor talks it through with you first and explains what it can and cannot tell you. Your result usually takes about three weeks: the laboratory typically needs 14 working days once your sample arrives.
A positive signal detected result means further investigation to find where the signal comes from.
A no signal detected result does not rule cancer out, so it sits alongside your NHS screening rather than replacing it.

Each figure is a "from" price: the exact cost depends on which imaging partner and location you use (we choose it with you by where you are and what's available soonest), and it is confirmed with you before anything is booked.
A prostate MRI costs about the same as a core whole-body survey because a detailed, contrast-enhanced scan of one organ, read to a cancer-detection standard, takes more scanner time and specialist reporting than a quick look across the whole body. What you pay follows the detail and the reporting, not the area scanned. A whole-body scan can also pick up harmless things that then need following up, so we talk it through with you first.
Some tests, scans and vaccines involve a partner provider: a lab, an imaging centre, a vaccine or medication manufacturer. We use them for supplies, equipment and expertise we don't run on-site.
When one is involved, the price is confirmed and agreed with you at the consultation, before it goes ahead. Nothing is added to your bill after the fact.
