What is included depends on the route. Online: your cardiovascular blood panel arranged at home or nearby, a review of your wearable data, and a doctor-written cardiovascular plan. In person at Westfield: all of that plus a full cardiovascular examination and a resting 12-lead ECG. A doctor reviews everything either way.
Doctor time
30 minutes with a registered GP, for a full cardiovascular and metabolic history, an examination, a walk-through of your results, and a written plan.
Cardiovascular blood panel
Online, arranged at home or at a partner near you; in person, drawn at Westfield. Lipids with the modern markers (ApoB, Lp(a)), HbA1c and fasting glucose, the early metabolic markers (fasting insulin, homocysteine), inflammation (hs-CRP), plus kidney, liver and thyroid function.
Examination and ECG
Full cardiovascular examination, blood pressure, BMI and waist, a resting 12-lead ECG, and grip strength as a marker of healthy ageing.
Wearable data and risk
Your VO2max, resting heart rate, heart rate variability, sleep and training load reviewed where you bring the data, and your 10-year heart-risk score calculated and explained.
Written report
Your numbers in context: what is normal, what is borderline, what needs action, and the plan. The report is yours. Share it with your NHS GP if you want to.
