Doctor-led menopause care. Body-identical HRT, prescribed and dispensed in one place. Start online, or come and see us.
By doctors | One visit or ongoing | No lock-in
If you are on this medication from another clinic, an NHS service, or an online provider, and you want to move your care to us, you are very welcome. Bring whatever records you have and we will take it from there. No obligation to switch onto a subscription.
Three steps from assessment to treatment delivered.
A 10-minute online consultation form covers your symptoms, medical history, and any HRT you've tried before. The form uses the Greene Climacteric Scale, the validated questionnaire used in menopause clinics worldwide, so we have a numerical baseline to track against.
A registered GP reviews your assessment within one working day. If HRT is right for you, we prescribe and dispense from our own pharmacy.
Your medication arrives in plain packaging. We check in monthly to review symptoms, fine-tune the dose, and answer questions.
Every plan includes the clinical service. Medications are charged separately, so what you pay reflects what you're actually prescribed.
Initial assessment plus a doctor review every month, with the Greene scale tracked at every check-in.
Fine-tuning as your symptoms respond. Dose changes are part of the subscription, not extra.
Message the clinical team between reviews.
Plain-packaged, free delivery anywhere in the UK. Discreet packaging.
Face-to-face consultations at our Westfield London clinic, included.
No exit fee. Take a break and come back, or stop entirely. Your record stays with us.
Assess online, get reviewed by a doctor, and have treatment delivered. Most women never need to come in.
Our Westfield London clinic is there if you would rather talk face to face, included in your plan.
We can take it over, or work alongside your GP in shared care while you keep getting NHS scripts on the HRT prepayment certificate. Come once to get sorted, or stay with us month to month. Your choice, no lock-in.
HRT is a clinical treatment for the symptoms of perimenopause and menopause. We can usually prescribe if you're an adult experiencing symptoms like hot flushes, night sweats, disturbed sleep, mood changes, brain fog, joint pain, vaginal dryness, or low libido, whether or not your periods have stopped.
HRT is not appropriate in some situations, including pregnancy, an active oestrogen-receptor-positive breast cancer, certain liver conditions, untreated thromboembolic disease, and undiagnosed vaginal bleeding. The assessment will identify these. If HRT isn't right for you, we'll tell you so honestly during the assessment, and we'll talk you through what is.
Four UK-licensed components of body-identical HRT. The doctor recommends the right combination for you at the assessment.
Body-identical, applied through the skin, with no first-pass through the liver. Choose the format that fits your routine.
Given when you have a uterus to protect the womb lining. Body-identical, taken at night, often helpful for sleep.
A low-dose local treatment for vaginal dryness, soreness, and urinary symptoms. Used alongside or instead of systemic HRT.
A small dose of testosterone, prescribed off-label per British Menopause Society guidance where low libido persists despite optimal oestrogen replacement.
Menopause care is priced according to what you need: one-off consultation, ongoing reviews, or full subscription including medication. The price for the consultation and medication is confirmed at your assessment.
In person: no deposit. You pay after we have seen you. Video and phone: paid at booking, so your appointment is held for you.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, see our cancellation policy at /cancellation-policy.
Subscription clients can book in-person appointments at our Westfield London clinic, included in the monthly fee. Many women like to do their first menopause consultation in person; others stay online once treatment is settled. Your call.
For now, your monthly reviews run by secure video or phone.
