A GP-led ADHD pathway under consultant psychiatrist supervision. ASRS-5 screening, structured diagnostic assessment, shared-care prescribing, and monthly clinical reviews. Your price is confirmed at your assessment.
GP-led | Psychiatrist supervision | Shared-care
If you are on this medication from another clinic, an NHS service, or an online provider, and you want to move your care to us, you are very welcome. Bring whatever records you have and we will take it from there. No obligation to switch onto a subscription.
Five steps from assessment to ongoing care.
ASRS-5 plus childhood history plus functional impact, plus differentials screen. About 20 minutes.
30 to 45 minutes with one of our doctors on the GMC GP Register. Goes through the assessment line by line, screens for differentials, and arrives at a working diagnostic impression.
Where the working diagnosis supports treatment, the case is reviewed by our supervising consultant psychiatrist. The psychiatrist signs off the initial treatment plan.
Our pharmacy dispenses the first month and arranges delivery (free, plain packaging) or pharmacy pick-up at Westfield.
GP team conducts monthly reviews. The supervising psychiatrist re-reviews on the schedule the protocol requires.
The fee covers a structured diagnostic assessment, the supervising psychiatrist's sign-off where treatment is supported, the diagnostic letter, and ongoing care under our subscription.
ASRS-5, childhood history, functional impact, differentials screen. Included.
30 to 45 minutes. Structured against the NICE NG87 framework.
Where treatment is supported. Included in the assessment fee.
Written, signed by the GP, with the supervising psychiatrist named. Useful for workplace adjustments, DSA, NHS shared-care.
Medication, monthly GP reviews, scheduled psychiatrist re-reviews, dose changes, messaging, free delivery.
TSH, baseline ECG referral, ferritin, others. Priced individually or included in your nearest blood test package.
UK guidance and professional norms place stimulant ADHD medication initiation within the consultant psychiatrist's purview. A GP-led service that does not have a formal psychiatrist supervision arrangement cannot safely prescribe stimulants for new diagnoses. Our pathway is structured so the GP does the deep diagnostic work and the consultant psychiatrist signs off treatment, which is faster than the patient seeing both separately and meets the regulatory bar.
We will not run an ADHD service without this in place.
Most people see us in one of three ways. Pick the one that suits where you are.
Once. Book a single consultation. We assess you, prescribe if appropriate, dispense, and you are on your way. No subscription, no follow-up, nothing else to commit to. If you want to come back, you book again when you need to.
Already on treatment. If you are already taking this medication from somewhere else and want to move your care to us, you are very welcome. Bring whatever records you have and we will take it from there. There is no obligation to switch to a subscription — you can stay on whatever cadence suits you.
Ongoing care. If you would rather we look after this in the background, a monthly subscription bundles your medication and reviews into one regular payment. Pause or cancel when you like. We do not charge an exit fee. Most people on subscription started with a one-off and decided they wanted us to take it off their plate.
