If you are on this medication from another clinic, an NHS service, or an online provider, and you want to move your care to us, you are very welcome. Bring whatever records you have and we will take it from there. No obligation to switch onto a subscription.
Is this right for you?
Weight loss medication is a clinical treatment, not a shortcut. We can usually prescribe if you're an adult with a BMI of 30 or above, or 27 or above with a related health condition like high blood pressure, raised cholesterol, type 2 diabetes, or sleep apnoea.
If you're below those thresholds, or already at a healthy weight and looking for cosmetic loss, treatment isn't appropriate and we won't prescribe it. We'll tell you so honestly during the assessment.
The medications
Four UK-licensed options. The doctor recommends the right one for you at the assessment.
Mounjaro (tirzepatide)
Currently the most effective GLP-1 medication available, working on two hormone pathways rather than one.
Wegovy (semaglutide)
Well-established, with a strong evidence base for sustained weight loss.
Saxenda (liraglutide)
An older GLP-1 medication, still effective and useful where Mounjaro and Wegovy aren't suitable.
Orlistat (Xenical)
A non-GLP-1 option that works in the gut rather than on appetite.
Pricing
Weight loss medication is priced separately from the consultation. The price for the consultation and medication is confirmed at your assessment.
In person: no deposit. You pay after we have seen you. Video and phone: paid at booking, so your appointment is held for you.

Subscription clients can book in-person appointments at our Westfield London clinic, included in the monthly fee. Some people find a face-to-face consultation easier when starting out, or when adjusting dose; others stay online once treatment is settled. Your call.
For now, your monthly reviews run by secure video or phone.
