If you are on this medication from another clinic, an NHS service, or an online provider, and you want to move your care to us, you are very welcome. Bring whatever records you have and we will take it from there. No obligation to switch onto a subscription.
Three steps from assessment to treatment delivered, with bloods first.
A 10-minute online consultation form covers your symptoms, medical history, and any TRT you've tried before. The form uses the ADAM questionnaire, the validated screening tool for symptoms of low testosterone, so we have a numerical baseline to work against.
A registered GP reviews your assessment within one working day. We confirm the diagnosis with morning testosterone bloods (and use recent NHS results if you have them) before any prescription. If TRT is right for you, we prescribe and dispense from our own pharmacy.
Your medication arrives in plain packaging. We check in monthly to review symptoms, repeat bloods on a fixed schedule (PSA, haematocrit, lipids, liver function, testosterone) at 3 and 6 months and then every 6 to 12 months, and adjust the dose based on what we see.
Your monthly subscription bundles the medication, monitoring bloods, doctor reviews, and dose changes. No nickel-and-diming.
Your prescribed testosterone formulation, dispensed by our pharmacy and delivered to you in plain packaging.
An initial assessment with a registered GP, then a clinical review every month.
PSA, haematocrit, lipids, liver function and testosterone, on the schedule the protocol calls for. Included.
Tuning as your bloods and symptoms respond. Dose changes are part of the subscription.
Message the clinical team between reviews.

Come for the assessment, the bloods and a first prescription and take it from there, or have us monitor and re-prescribe month to month. For as long as it suits you. No lock-in.
TRT is a clinical treatment for men with confirmed low testosterone and symptoms that match. We can usually prescribe if you're an adult man with persistent symptoms like fatigue, low mood, reduced libido, erectile difficulties, loss of muscle mass, or poor concentration, AND your morning testosterone level is confirmed low on at least two readings.
If your testosterone is in the normal range, or your symptoms can be explained by a non-hormonal cause, TRT isn't appropriate and we won't prescribe it. We'll tell you so honestly during the assessment, and we'll talk you through what is.
Four UK-licensed options. The doctor recommends the right one for you at the assessment.
A clear gel applied to the shoulders or upper arms each morning. Steady level, easy to start and stop, fast to titrate.
Similar profile to Testogel, dispensed by pump.

A short-acting injectable preparation. Convenient, but level swings between doses can produce more noticeable peaks and troughs than gel.

The most convenient long-term, with very stable levels once steady-state is reached. Administered at the clinic.
Testosterone replacement therapy is priced according to your protocol: one-off consultation, ongoing reviews, or full subscription including medication and monitoring bloods. The price for the consultation and medication is confirmed at your assessment.
In person: no deposit. You pay after we have seen you. Video and phone: paid at booking, so your appointment is held for you.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, see our cancellation policy at /cancellation-policy.
Many men prefer to do their first TRT consultation in person; others stay online once treatment is settled. Either way, our Westfield London clinic is included in your subscription.
Nebido injections are delivered at the clinic by our nurses; gel users rarely need to come in unless they want to.
