In brief…
Anastrozole lowers oestrogen by blocking the enzyme that turns testosterone into oestradiol. In men on testosterone treatment it is used off-label when oestradiol rises too high and causes symptoms such as breast tenderness or fluid retention. A first course of treatment cannot be started from an online order: a new start needs a doctor consultation and blood tests. If you are already established on treatment, you can order here to continue, with ongoing monitoring.
