How it works

Three steps.

Book online and complete your pre-consultation form

Choose your time and how you want to be seen (in person, by secure video, or by phone) and fill in the pre-consultation form. About 5 minutes to complete, and it lets the doctor walk into your consultation already up to speed.

See your doctor

A consultation with a registered GP. By video, by phone, or in person at our Westfield London clinic. Your choice at booking. Book right up to your appointment time.

Pick up your outcome

Any prescription is dispensed by our pharmacy and delivered to you on the day. Letters, reports, and forms are usually written in the consultation itself; complex ones may follow on the day or the next.

What's included in your consultation fee

Anything the doctor produces in your consultation. Medication, lab tests, imaging, and vaccines are priced separately and confirmed before anything is incurred.

Your time with the doctor

A consultation with a registered GP. In person, by video, or by phone. Same fee.

Prescription

The act of prescribing is included. Medication itself is priced separately.

Letter

To your employer, your insurer, your school, or your specialist. Drafted in the consultation; sent on the day.

Report

For your specialist or solicitor. Drafted in the consultation; sent on the day.

Form

Filled in where one is required by your destination, employer, or licensing body.

Medical record

Every consultation is recorded. Future visits are faster because we already know you. You can request a copy at any time.

Visa medicals

For most destinations that need a UK doctor: GCC, South Africa, China, Japan, Schengen, and others. We complete the medical, organise blood tests and chest X-rays where required, and supply the embassy-ready paperwork.

Three ways to consult

Same fee, your choice.

By video

A consultation by secure video. Useful when you are at home, at work, or away. Any prescription is dispensed by our pharmacy and delivered to you, or sent to your usual pharmacy if you would prefer.

By phone

A consultation by phone. Sometimes the most convenient option. Many things do not need a visual examination.

In person at Westfield

A consultation in our Westfield London clinic, at the Village inside Westfield London. Any prescription is dispensed from our pharmacy and ready before you leave.

Pricing

Our standard consultation is £120. Longer consultations are available where the doctor needs more time (30 minutes £180, 45 minutes £240, 60 minutes £300).

The fee covers your doctor's time and anything the doctor produces during your consultation: prescription, letter, report, form, medical record. Medication, lab tests, imaging, and vaccines are priced separately and confirmed before anything is incurred.

In person: no deposit. You pay after we have seen you. Video and phone: paid at booking, so your appointment is held for you.

Beyond a single visit.

Some health concerns benefit from ongoing care, where the same team reviews you each month. Where that fits better than a one-off visit, we run pathways for Weight Loss, Menopause, Testosterone, ADHD, the Sinclair Method, and Sleep.

Each one is optional. Most people start with a one-off consultation and decide whether they want to stay.
