- Today, every day.
Three pathways, one team
LoveMyLife is built around three care pathways that share the same doctors, the same pharmacy, and the same Westfield London clinic.
Ongoing treatment
For ongoing care of metabolic, hormonal, and behavioural conditions. Weight loss, menopause and the Sinclair Method can start online. ADHD and testosterone always begin with a doctor consultation.
The Clinic pathway
For single visits at Westfield London or by video or phone. £120 covers everything the doctor produces. No deposit to book.
Your medication
Sitting behind both. Medication a LoveMyLife doctor prescribes is dispensed and delivered by us, or you can take your prescription to any pharmacy you choose.
Ongoing treatment
For conditions that benefit from ongoing supervision. Weight loss, menopause and the Sinclair Method can start online. ADHD and testosterone always begin with a doctor consultation, and a new testosterone start needs two blood tests to confirm the diagnosis, from us or elsewhere.
Online assessment
A short assessment, about 10 minutes, with no payment up front. It gives your doctor a clear picture before any decision is made.
Doctor review and prescribe
A doctor on the GMC GP Register reviews your assessment within one working day. Where a consultation or blood tests are needed first, we arrange those. If treatment is right for you, the doctor prescribes and we dispense and deliver.
Medication and reviews
Medication delivered to your door. Reorder when you need more, and a doctor checks each request at no charge. Book a consultation, in clinic or by video or phone, whenever you want one. There is no monthly fee and nothing to cancel.
The Clinic pathway
For single concerns and one-off visits.
Book a 15-minute consultation
Choose in person at Westfield, by video, or by phone. Same fee. Complete a brief pre-consultation form so the doctor walks in informed.
See a doctor
£120 covers the consultation, any prescription dispensed by our pharmacy, any letter, report, or form, and your medical record entry. Third-party costs (lab tests, imaging, vaccines) confirmed during the consultation.
Pay at the end
Walk-ins accepted at Westfield during opening hours, but booking is preferred so the doctor reads your pre-consultation form before you arrive.
Your medication
We dispense and deliver the medication we prescribe, or you can take your prescription to any pharmacy you choose.
If you are on ongoing treatment, reorder when you need more and we deliver to your door. Medication is always priced on its own.
For clinic visits, prescriptions are dispensed on the same day and (in person) handed to you before you leave.
The pharmacy team is led by Sabina Yasmin Islam, Superintendent Pharmacist (GPhC: 2085363).
Ongoing care, if it suits you
Most people come to us once. You get seen, you get a diagnosis and a prescription, and you take it from there. That is the whole journey for plenty of our patients, and it is meant to be.
Some things are simply easier with a doctor checking in now and then. If you are managing your weight, on testosterone or HRT, settling onto ADHD medication, or working through The Sinclair Method, a doctor checks every reorder at no charge and you can book a review whenever you want one. ADHD is the one service with a regular appointment: a £79 review before each month's prescription.
There is no monthly fee, no contract and no minimum term. You can stop whenever you like, and you are always free to move your care back to your NHS GP or anywhere else. We would rather earn your next order by being useful than tie you in.
Starting is just an assessment or a consultation. Stopping means simply not reordering.
Ongoing care suits some treatments more than others, including Weight Loss, Testosterone, Menopause, The Sinclair Method and ADHD.
Already on treatment elsewhere?
You do not have to start over. If you are established on your medication with another clinic, the NHS, or an online provider, a doctor can review your history online and move your care to us, often without a fresh assessment. What each transfer costs is on the pricing page.
