The treatments

Four UK-licensed options. The doctor recommends the right one at the consultation.

Sildenafil (Viagra)

50mg or 100mg taken about an hour before sex, lasting 4 to 5 hours. Cheapest, well-established.

Tadalafil on demand (Cialis)

10mg or 20mg taken before sex, lasting up to 36 hours. Longer window than sildenafil.

Tadalafil daily (Cialis daily)

2.5mg or 5mg taken every day, allowing spontaneity. Good for men who don't want to plan around the medication.

Avanafil (Spedra)

A newer alternative with faster onset (15-30 minutes) and similar duration to sildenafil. Useful where sildenafil hasn't worked.

How you see us

Most people see us in one of three ways. Pick the one that suits where you are.

Once. Book a single consultation. We assess you, prescribe if appropriate, dispense, and you are on your way. No subscription, no follow-up, nothing else to commit to. If you want to come back, you book again when you need to.

Already on treatment. If you are already taking this medication from somewhere else and want to move your care to us, you are very welcome. Bring whatever records you have and we will take it from there. There is no obligation to switch to a subscription — you can stay on whatever cadence suits you.

Ongoing care. If you would rather we look after this in the background, a monthly subscription bundles your medication and reviews into one regular payment. Pause or cancel when you like. We do not charge an exit fee. Most people on subscription started with a one-off and decided they wanted us to take it off their plate.
