A doctor-led sleep assessment, including the Epworth Sleepiness Scale and STOP-BANG, with WatchPAT One home apnoea screening and treatment pathways for what we find. Your price is confirmed at your assessment.

If you are on this medication from another clinic, an NHS service, or an online provider, and you want to move your care to us, you are very welcome. Bring whatever records you have and we will take it from there. No obligation to switch onto a subscription.
Three steps. Graded by what you actually need.
A 10-minute online form (Epworth, STOP-BANG, sleep history) followed by a 15-minute consultation with a doctor on the GMC GP Register. The consultation goes through the form line by line and arrives at a working impression.
Where the assessment suggests possible apnoea, we offer WatchPAT One, a single-use home sleep test. You sleep at home, post the device back, and we get a report within a week.
CBT-I referral for insomnia. Lifestyle interventions and (where appropriate) medication. CPAP referral and follow-through for sleep apnoea. Mandibular advancement device referral for snoring without apnoea.
Your assessment fee covers the consultation, the validated questionnaires, and (where the screening flags it) the WatchPAT screen.
15 minutes with a doctor on the GMC GP Register. In person, by video, or by phone.
The validated daytime sleepiness measure. Completed at the consultation or in advance.
The validated apnoea screening tool. Tells us whether the WatchPAT screen is worth doing.
Where flagged. Single-use device worn overnight at home; airflow, oxygen, heart rate, body position. Additional charge confirmed at consultation.
Every result reviewed by a doctor and discussed with you.
CBT-I, medication, CPAP referral, MAD referral. Whatever the findings call for, we coordinate.
CBT-I is the first-line treatment per NICE guidance. We can refer to a CBT-I provider; medication (z-drugs, melatonin, others) is considered where CBT-I isn't immediately accessible or suitable, on a short-term basis with clear stop-criteria.
Lifestyle interventions (weight, alcohol, sleep position, mandibular advancement device referral). Where weight is a factor, our Weight Loss subscription often delivers a structural improvement in sleep apnoea over 12 months.
CPAP referral. We don't fit CPAP in-house but we coordinate the referral, follow up on treatment adherence, and act as the clinical home if you want one.
Mandibular advancement device referral or, where appropriate, an ENT consultation for surgical options.
Most people see us in one of three ways. Pick the one that suits where you are.
Once. Book a single consultation. We assess you, prescribe if appropriate, dispense, and you are on your way. No subscription, no follow-up, nothing else to commit to. If you want to come back, you book again when you need to.
Already on treatment. If you are already taking this medication from somewhere else and want to move your care to us, you are very welcome. Bring whatever records you have and we will take it from there. There is no obligation to switch to a subscription — you can stay on whatever cadence suits you.
Ongoing care. If you would rather we look after this in the background, a monthly subscription bundles your medication and reviews into one regular payment. Pause or cancel when you like. We do not charge an exit fee. Most people on subscription started with a one-off and decided they wanted us to take it off their plate.
