Bloods, doctor consultation, a written report, and imaging or further investigations where the package or your individual profile makes them useful. Heart Health Check comes in three depths: Basic, Plus, and Complete. No deposit to book; you pay after your consultation.

The five packages

Each package combines a doctor consultation, bloods, a written report, and (where useful) imaging or further tests. The bigger packages are not "more is better"; they're calibrated to deliver more clinical signal where the patient's history, age, or risk profile justifies it. Pick the one that answers the question you arrived with, or use the chooser below.

Annual Health Check

30-minute doctor consultation. Standard blood panel, BP, BMI, urinalysis, QRISK3, mental-health and lifestyle review. Sex-appropriate examinations.

Comprehensive Health Check

60 to 75-minute doctor consultation, full physical examination. Extended bloods, ECG, grip strength. Sex-appropriate examinations and tests (PSA for men 45+ with onward mpMRI if raised; FIT for over-45s).

Heart Health Check

Three depths: Basic (15 min), Plus (30 min), Complete (45 min, with routine ankle-brachial index and fundoscopy). Cardiovascular bloods, QRISK3, resting ECG, grip strength and wearable-data review at every tier; biomarker count scales from around 30 at Basic to up to 50 at Complete. Imaging (CT coronary calcium, CTCA, echo and others) opt-in at a bundled discount.

Hormone Health Check

30-minute doctor consultation. Full sex-hormone panel (LH, FSH, oestradiol, testosterone, SHBG, prolactin, DHEA-S, cortisol), thyroid, vitamin D, ferritin. Sets a clear baseline; feeds into our Menopause or Testosterone subscriptions if appropriate.

Cancer Tests

A short doctor visit (15 min, in person, video or phone) is the front door. A menu of bloods (PSA, FIT, tumour markers where targeted), imaging (mpMRI prostate, mammogram, breast and abdominal ultrasound, low-dose lung CT, whole-body MRI), and genetic options (BRCA1/2, Lynch panel via an accredited partner).
