A clear picture of what your hormones are doing, what is changing, and what to do about it. One appointment, a full hormone panel, and a written plan you keep. Today, every day. Westfield London or video. No deposit to book; you pay after your consultation.
Health | Care | Convenience
If something has shifted and you want to know whether your hormones are part of it, this is the check that answers that question.
People who book this typically come in for one of these:
Menopause or perimenopause: night sweats, periods changing, sleep slipping, mood and energy not what they were, brain fog, joint aches.
Low testosterone in men: flatter energy, lower drive, slower recovery, mood and motivation off.
Thyroid: weight, temperature, hair, heart rate or mood that point at the thyroid.
PCOS or irregular periods: cycle changes, skin, hair, fertility questions.
Fertility-curious baseline: not trying yet, but wanting to know where you stand.
On HRT or testosterone elsewhere: want a UK clinic to take over, or want a second look at what you are on.
Adrenal and stress symptoms: persistent fatigue, salt cravings, dizziness on standing, or the opposite (Cushing's-type changes).
Just wanting a baseline: healthy, fine, but want the numbers on file before things change.
By the end of the appointment you will know whether what you are feeling is hormonal, and what the next step is.
Everything in this section is done on-site at Westfield in one visit. Blood draw, examination, questionnaires and the written report are all part of the package.
30 minutes with a registered GP. Long enough to take a full history, examine you, walk you through the panel, and write the plan.
The panel is sex-appropriate and tailored to what brought you in. The default panel covers:
Reproductive hormones (women): FSH, LH, oestradiol, progesterone, testosterone, SHBG, prolactin, AMH if relevant.
Reproductive hormones (men): total testosterone, free testosterone, SHBG, LH, FSH, oestradiol, prolactin.
Thyroid: TSH, free T4, free T3, thyroid antibodies if indicated.
Adrenal and stress: morning cortisol, DHEA-S.
Supporting markers: vitamin D, ferritin, full blood count, U&E, LFT, HbA1c.
If your history points at something specific, the panel widens. If your bloods are already recent, we use them.
Vitals: weight, BMI, waist circumference, blood pressure, heart rate.
Examination: focused on the system involved, never wider than it needs to be.
Greene Climacteric Scale for women in the menopause window.
ADAM (androgen deficiency in men).
Symptom-cluster screens for thyroid, adrenal and PCOS as relevant.
These are not box-ticking. They are how we track whether what we change actually helps.
A plain-English report with:
Your results in context, with the reference ranges that apply to you.
What is normal, what is borderline, what needs action.
The plan, in steps you can take.
Repeat-test timing if relevant.
The report is yours. Share it with your NHS GP if you want to.
Imaging and specialist scans are not bundled into the package. They are opt-in at this assessment, with a bundle discount if you add them in advance versus booking them separately later.
You configure the check that answers your question.
DEXA scan: off-site, partner imaging centre.
When useful: women in or past the menopause, men on or considering testosterone, anyone on long-term steroids, anyone with a fracture history or family history of osteoporosis.
Pelvic ultrasound: off-site, partner imaging centre. Useful where there is fibroid, ovarian or endometrial-thickness suspicion.
Antral follicle count + AMH: fertility-curious baseline.
Testicular ultrasound: off-site, partner imaging centre. Only when examination warrants.
Thyroid ultrasound: off-site, only when a nodule or goitre is found on examination.
Adrenal CT or MRI: off-site, only if blood work points there. Not screening.
Extended lipid panel: ApoB, Lp(a), hs-CRP.
Insulin and HOMA-IR: if PCOS or metabolic syndrome on the table.
If the imaging or extra blood work is clearly indicated on the day, we will say so. If it is not, we will say that too. The point is to do what answers your question, no more.
Hormone Health Check is the front door. Where you go after depends on what we find.
Menopause or perimenopause: straight into our menopause pathway, with HRT prescribing and follow-up on the same login. Or NHS pathway with the report in hand if you prefer.
Low testosterone: straight into our testosterone pathway, with the safety screen already done.
Thyroid: start treatment with us, or hand off to your NHS GP with the report.
PCOS, irregular cycles, fertility questions: ongoing care with us, or signposting to NHS gynaecology or fertility services.
Normal results: repeat in 1 to 3 years depending on what is happening for you.
No pressure to stay subscribed. Many people come once, get the picture, and use us when they need us. That is fine.
No deposit to book. You pay after your consultation. The fee is on the Pricing page (currently [£TBC]; firm prices land in early-to-mid June). Imaging add-ons are quoted at the assessment.
Honest about the edges.
This is not a cancer screen. If that is your question, the Cancer Tests page is the right one.
This is not a cardiovascular check. If chest, blood pressure or family history is the worry, the Heart Health Check page is the right one.
This is not a fertility treatment service. We do work-up and signposting, not IVF.
We do not prescribe testosterone or HRT off the back of a single self-requested blood. The package is built around proper assessment.
One appointment. Full panel. A plan you keep. No deposit to book; you pay after your consultation.
