In brief…
Clomifene is a tablet that raises a man's own testosterone by prompting the brain to send more LH and FSH to the testes. Because it works through the body's own pathway, it can lift testosterone while keeping fertility, unlike standard testosterone replacement. A first course of treatment cannot be started from an online order: a new start needs a doctor consultation and two morning blood tests. If you are already established on treatment, you can order here to continue, with ongoing monitoring.
