What we do that the others don't
A real private GP clinic. Westfield London is a physical place you can walk into — all the other providers are entirely online. Most patients choose to stay remote, but the clinic is there if you want it.
Own pharmacy, own lab. Our pharmacy dispenses your medication directly, and London Medical Laboratory is our own pathology lab. That lets us move quickly and charge less at each step.
Nurse-led programme under Patient Group Direction. Our specialist nurses — working under a formal Patient Group Direction authorised by our clinical governance lead — deliver the 90-day programme, with doctor oversight and escalation. No other UK provider runs this model.
A £99 Direct tier for asynchronous prescribing. The other providers all require a paid consultation before any medication. We offer a form-reviewed £99 option for patients who are self-directed — a model no competitor currently offers.
When another provider might be right for you
NHS specialist addiction services are free and sometimes the right answer, particularly for patients with severe physical dependence who need a medically-supervised detox or intensive multi-disciplinary support.
