How this compares to other UK providers
We price deliberately in the middle on headline cost and at the top on quality of service. Every tier gives you a GMC-registered doctor and medication from our own GPhC-registered pharmacy.
What we do that the others do not: a real private GP clinic at Westfield London; our own GPhC-registered pharmacy; our own pathology lab; PGD-authorised nurses delivering the programme; and a £99 Direct tier for asynchronous form-reviewed prescribing, which no other UK provider offers.
Pricing questions, answered
Are there any hidden fees? No. Every charge is listed here or on the order page. You will never be billed without agreeing the cost in advance.
Do I have to buy medication from you? No. If you already have a prescription or prefer another pharmacy, that is fine. The service fee covers our clinical work regardless of where the medicine is dispensed.
Can I pay in instalments? Yes. We will offer Klarna or PayPal for payments above £150 shortly after launch. Ongoing is already a monthly subscription so there is no up-front burden.
What if I am not medically suitable? We refund your service fee minus £29 to cover the clinical time reviewing your case. If we recommend an alternative pathway (medically supervised withdrawal, a different medicine, or a different provider), we help you access it.
Can I upgrade from Direct or Access to Programme? Yes. We credit what you have already paid against the higher tier so there is no double-charging.
Can I cancel Ongoing? Yes, any time. The monthly billing stops at the end of your current cycle and you keep everything you have already paid for. No minimum commitment, no cancellation fee.
What about the cost of blood tests? Three options. Use our lab at £49 per LFT. Bring a recent NHS LFT free of charge. Or, for low-risk patients, start without an LFT at first and arrange one within the first month.
