Chlorphenamine (Piriton) is a first-generation antihistamine that’s been used for decades. It causes drowsiness, which can be a disadvantage for daytime use but a positive when allergies are disrupting your sleep. It also works well for acute allergic reactions and severe itching where modern antihistamines fall short.

Age restriction

Cetirizine/loratadine: from age 2 (syrup) or 6 (tablets). Fexofenadine: from age 6. Chlorphenamine: from age 1.

Store below 25°C in a dry place. Keep out of reach and sight of children. Do not use after the expiry date.
