Fluticasone propionate is a potent inhaled corticosteroid that delivers strong anti-inflammatory action at relatively low doses. It’s roughly twice as potent as beclometasone, so lower doses achieve the same effect. Available as a standalone inhaler or in combination with salmeterol (Seretide).
