In brief…

Fostair combines beclometasone with formoterol using extra-fine particle technology, which means smaller drug particles that penetrate deeper into the lungs, including the smaller airways. This can provide better drug delivery at lower doses. Like Symbicort, it can also be used in a MART regimen.
