West & Central Africa

  • A doctor every time
  • Today, every day.

What does the appointment involve?

A Republic of Congo visa medical usually involves the following, based on Republic of Congo visa medical's current requirements as we understand them today.

  • Examination: General good-health medical certificate; 'from the country of residence' suggests a UK certificate may be acceptable

  • Chest X-ray: For TB screening. Referred to our imaging partner; additional charge.

  • Vaccinations: Yellow fever and polio certificates both required at border control. LoveMyLife does not offer yellow fever vaccination.

  • The report: Completed on the destination's own form, an embassy template, or a covering report we draft, with all signatures and stamps included.

Is there anything else I should know?

  • Requirements and forms are your responsibility. Visa medical requirements change and embassies do not always announce it, so you must check the current requirements directly with the Republic of Congo embassy or High Commission in London, obtain the correct forms, and satisfy yourself that you have exactly what your application needs. We will help wherever we can, but confirming what Republic of Congo requires is yours to do.

  • Part of this process may need to be completed in the destination country; we complete the UK part.

  • UK certificate plausibly acceptable (inferred from an EOR guide, not official).
