Saint Lucia visa medical.

A doctor-issued medical report for your Saint Lucia visa, completed by a registered GP. It is a 30-minute appointment at £180. Any tests your destination requires are arranged at your consultation.

Caribbean & Oceania

  • A doctor every time
  • Today, every day.

What does the appointment involve?

A Saint Lucia visa medical generally involves the following, based on Saint Lucia's current requirements as we understand them today.

  • Examination: General physical exam (skin, respiratory, cardiovascular, digestive/abdomen, urogenital, nervous system/sense organs, MSK, endocrine, contagious disease) plus height/weight

  • Bloods: The SL8 form asks about HIV in your medical history but does not list a laboratory test. Your agent may still ask for one; any test is an additional charge, confirmed at consultation.

  • Other tests: Yes/no history of AIDS/HIV, TB, hepatitis, typhoid, other communicable disease, heart condition, stroke; hospitalisation, medication, pregnancy, alcohol/drug dependence

  • The report: Completed on the destination's own form, an embassy template, or a covering report we draft, with all signatures and stamps included.

Is there anything else I should know?

  • Requirements and forms are your responsibility. Visa medical requirements change and embassies do not always announce it, so you must check the current requirements directly with the Saint Lucia embassy or High Commission in London, obtain the correct forms, and satisfy yourself that you have exactly what your application needs. We will help wherever we can, but confirming what Saint Lucia requires is yours to do.

  • The SL8 form does not list a laboratory test, but your agent may ask for one, so please check with them. SL8 is not on the programme's current document checklist, so please also confirm your agent still needs it.

What does Saint Lucia ask for?

Saint Lucia's Citizenship by Investment Programme publishes a medical form, SL8 (Medical Examiner Details and Declaration). The doctor examines you, goes through your medical history, and signs and stamps the form. SL8 also asks the doctor to attach a certified copy of their professional certificate, which we can provide. The form does not list any laboratory tests, but your agent may still ask for one. Saint Lucia applications go through an Authorised Agent, and SL8 is not on the programme's current document checklist, so please ask your agent whether they still need it. Requirements and forms can change, so please check the current requirements and form with the Saint Lucia Citizenship by Investment Unit or your agent before you book.

Questions, answered.

What should I bring?

Bring passport/photo ID. The form is largely history and physical exam; confirm with the appointed local agent whether they also want a separately dated lab HIV test attached, since agent practice may exceed the bare form.

Is there an official form?

Your report is completed on the destination's official medical form:
