Clobetasol (Dermovate) is a super-potent topical corticosteroid - the strongest available. Reserved for severe, resistant inflammatory skin conditions that haven’t responded to weaker steroids. Used in short bursts under medical supervision. Very effective but must be used carefully to avoid steroid-related skin damage.
